With proactive remote security management, you can have your facilities monitored 24/7 in real time  by trained intervention specialists that will notify pre-determined parties on security events. Or you can have a trained intervention specialist review and extract the needed information retroactively.

The two version of remote monitoring offered are:

Proactive Monitoring:
System is monitored in real time by trained intervention specialists.

Retroactive Monitoring:
System is monitored in real time after an alarm is triggered by the security system. Also, retroactive monitoring can be achieved by security intervention specialists reviewing events from the security system after a reported event.
